General Terms of Business: 
  1. Free of charge service for the guest
    inthotels.com is a free of charge service for the guest. You can request the availability and book more than 50.000 hotels.
     
  2. Cancellation and change of your booking
    A necessary cancellation or change of a booking is also done by inthotels.com free of charge. Please pay attention at the hotel's cancellation policy!
     
  3. Party to the contract is the hotel
    All bookings through inthotels.com are contracts between the guest and the hotel. Even though inthotels.com tries to keep all data on inthotels.com up to date inthotels.com in no case can be held responsible for errors, wrong information about room or hotel equipment or location of a hotel, currency fluctuations or overbookings.
     
  4. Credit card
    The credit card details are passed on to the hotel through the Security-Server of inthotels.com. Your data is secured and protected against misuse. The credit card details are used by the hotel as guarantee or for deposit/prepayment. Information on whether or not a deposit or prepayment is requested by the hotel is provided in the booking assistant and on the booking confirmation.
     
  5. Payment
    Quoted prices in Euro (€) or in the hotel's local currency are binding for the hotel. The exchange rate to other currencies is subject to the daily exchange rate.

    You pay your booking directly at the hotel in cash or by credit card. In case a deposit or prepayment is requested by the hotel it is mentioned in the booking assistant and on the booking confirmation.
     
  6. Confirmation of your booking
    You receive the confirmation of your booking by email immediately after the booking has been done. In case you book by telephone you can as well request a short confirmation by SMS to your mobile phone (free of charge). The quoted price in Euro or in the hotel's local currency for the lodging is binding for the hotel. Some hotels quote prices excluding VAT, taxes or service charges. Additional costs are mentioned in the booking assistant and on your booking confirmation.
     
  7. Cancellation of false bookings
    inthotels.com reserves the right to cancel obvious false bookings. As false are considered bookings that do not contain enough or wrong information about the orderer of the booking.

    Bookings that are done with a wrong, expired or not covered credit card can as well be cancelled by inthotels.com or the hotel.
     
  8. Newsletter
    With realization of the booking or the request of an offer you expressly agree to receive a free of charge newsletter by inthotels.com, you can unsubscribe at any times.

    All data submitted to inthotels.com are handled confidentially and not passed on to a third party, except to the hotel in case of a booking.
